This BALLY by Brian Atwood gown was worn by Lindsay Lohan in the Metropolitan Costume Institute Benefit of 2007. The dress being one of the 20 vintage dresses that were given away in the 20 million members celebration is now a very wanted and rare dress. These dresses that are given out are called 'Lottery Dresses'.
